"...one of those rarities who is proficient with both brass (trumpet and flugelhorn) and reeds (tenor sax)."  -Robert Iannapollo, Cadence magazine, December 1996

Based in Battle Creek, MI, pianist Terry Lower has been a constant on the jazz scene in Michigan for many years. He's been playing Mondays with Larry Nozero's quartet at DePalma's in Livonia for three years, Saturdays with his own group at High Noon in downtown Battle Creek, and plays all over Michigan with the likes of Doug Horn, Paul Vornhagen, and Paul Keller.

Bassist Peter Dominguez was formerly a professor at Michigan State University, and now teaches at Oberlin (we’re not linking to Oberlin ‘cause their link made our computer blow up real good.).

Drummer Randy Gelispie settled in Lansing, Ml after working on the road with Wes Montgomery and Ray Charles, and plays there with Rob Smith, Andrew Speight and Chris Bickley.
